Our centralised Recruitment Team hires over 1800 people each year in Ireland, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Benelux. We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist , who will delight our hiring managers and support all of our candidates in having an exceptional recruitment process. Your role will be to identify qualified candidates and manage the process from position approval through to successful integration into Hertz. The Recruiter implements strategies to source qualified; diverse and direct candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. In addition, the Recruiter manages the recruitment process and ensures compliance with government regulations regarding employment.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Hiring Manager and provides an excellent candidate experience

  • Partner with the local hiring managers and HR Business partners

  • Pipeline potential future talent

  • Source through social media platforms, including Linkedin, Facebook etc

  • Project based work including continuous improvement and ad hoc projects as required

  • Manage in-country referral policy for future recruitments

  • Manage all aspects of the hiring process

  • Support other Markets as required
