The successful candidate will be based at our fast paced European Shared Services office in Swords County Dublin were we employ approximately 900 people with over 29 different nationalities.

What you'll do

The primary mission of the European Business Support Administrator –(German Speaker for 6 months) Customer Care , is to update the Hertz systems used within the European Business Support Centre in line with Hertz quality standards, procedures and guidelines

  • Accurately, Analyse, record, update and validate on Hertz computer systems, all information received from customers, and Hertz colleagues, to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Track any failures or inaccuracies in material provided, and highlight any process issues to Team Leader so that issues can be addressed and appropriate action taken.

  • Handle all queries with regard to your responsible area within European Business Support, in a professional and timely manner.

  • Ensure contractual compliance

What you'll need

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft: Word & Excel

  • Fluency in German and English

  • Leaving Certificate or equivalent education standard required

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent computer skills
